Quick Start

VPNGH Subscription and Connection

Create an account, get your subscription, then add the route to your client. This guide follows the steps in order. For your first setup, keep the user dashboard open alongside this page.

Create an Account and Save Your Login Details

Click “Start Free” below to open the VPNGH user dashboard’s account creation page. No email address is required; follow the prompts to choose a username and password. Pick a username you’ll recognize, and use a password manager to generate and save a unique password. Check your entries before submitting to avoid login issues caused by a keyboard layout change or an extra space.

When you’re done, follow the on-screen prompts to open the user dashboard. If you land on the login page, sign in with the username and password you just created. Once you see your account overview, check that it’s the right account before choosing a plan. If your browser has saved another login, don’t rely on order details from an old page.

Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Opening the dashboard doesn’t mean you have an active paid plan. Check your account benefits in the dashboard to see whether you can get a subscription or download a client. Save your login details before moving on; you’ll need the same account to get your subscription on other devices.

Choose a Plan and Check Your Order Status

Open the plans section in the user dashboard and compare monthly subscriptions with data packages. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. For regular use, choose a data tier based on how you watch videos, transfer files, and use tools. There’s no need to choose based on device count, since simultaneous devices are unlimited.

If you prefer pay-as-you-go data, check the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. These packages are billed differently from monthly subscriptions, so check the plan name, price, and data terms before confirming your order. If you already have a plan and want to upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the exact order details in the dashboard; an upgrade doesn’t mean you get a new full billing period.

After choosing a plan, follow the dashboard steps to create an order, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Review the order details before opening the payment page. After paying, return to the user dashboard and check that the order is complete and the plan is active. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the page and check your existing order before trying again. To get help, submit the relevant order details through a dashboard ticket.

VPNGH offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for how to apply. Once your plan is active, continue to the subscription steps. To compare prices and terms first, visit the plans page; there’s no need to look for a payment option in the client.

Get Your Subscription and Manage It in the Client

Return to the account overview in the user dashboard. Check your current plan, remaining data, and account status, then look for subscription options. The subscription link isn’t a regular webpage; it lets the client retrieve route settings. When route information changes, the client usually needs to fetch the subscription again, so keep the subscription in the client instead of copying just one route manually.

If the dashboard offers one-click import for your client, use it first. Your browser may ask whether to open an external app. Check that the app name matches the client you installed before allowing it to open. If you haven’t installed a client yet, get one in the next step, then return to the dashboard and start the import again.

To import manually, use the dashboard’s copy-subscription option, then switch straight to the client and paste the link. Don’t copy the dashboard URL from your browser’s address bar, or bookmark the subscription link as if that completes the setup. The subscription has been read only when the client updates successfully and displays a list of regions or routes.

Treat your subscription link like an account credential. Don’t share it in public chats, screenshots, or code repositories. If import fails, first check that the copied link is complete, has no extra spaces, and your plan is active. When submitting a support ticket, describe the error message without posting the full link on a public page. This guide doesn’t show real subscription links; get yours from your own user dashboard.

Import on Your Platform and Check for Updates

Sign in to the user dashboard, open the client section, and choose the VPNGH client for your device’s operating system. Use a desktop proxy client on desktop devices and a client that supports system VPN connections on mobile devices. Check the dashboard for available versions, download options, and installation instructions. Get both the client and subscription from the user dashboard; this page doesn’t provide direct download links.

The platform-specific instructions below are for their respective devices; you don’t need to follow every section. The general sequence is install, import the subscription, update the configuration, then choose a route. If you use another compatible client listed in the dashboard, follow its import method. Don’t mix configuration formats just because the names look similar.

Windows: Find the Desktop Client’s Import Settings

Choose the Windows client in the dashboard, download it, follow the installation prompts, and open the program. First, return to the dashboard and try one-click import. For a manual import, look for an option such as “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or “Profiles.” Choose the option to add or import from a link, paste the subscription into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, then save and update it.

Once the route list appears, set this configuration as the active one. When you’re ready to connect, enable the system proxy or connection toggle as directed by the client. If your system requests network permissions, verify the source before responding. Keep the default routing settings for now; don’t change multiple advanced options at once. If you minimize the window, make sure the client is still running, then check the results in the connection testing section.

macOS: Check the Menu Bar After Importing

Get the macOS desktop client from the dashboard, install it, and launch it. If macOS shows an app or network permission prompt, check the app’s source and follow the installation instructions. Return to the dashboard and use one-click import to open the client, or choose the option to import from a URL in the client’s subscription or configuration manager. Paste the link and update it.

Check that the configuration shows a list of regions, select a route, and start the connection. Some desktop clients keep running from the menu bar after you close the main window. Use the menu bar icon to check the active configuration and connection status; quitting the app may stop the connection. Closing a window isn’t the same as quitting the app. If the client says it’s running but your browser behaves the same, check that system proxy or connection mode is enabled as instructed.

Android: Save the Subscription and Allow the Connection

Choose the Android client in the user dashboard and get and install it using the method provided there. On first launch, use one-click import or open configuration management and look for an option to add a subscription from a link. Paste the link in the address field, save it, and update. If the list is still empty, check the update message instead of repeatedly tapping the connect button.

Select the imported configuration and route, then start the connection. Android may show a VPN connection permission prompt; check that it’s for the right app and allow it. Once permission is granted, return to the client and check its status, then open your target app. If the connection often drops when switching apps, check the system’s background and battery settings and use the available options to let the client keep running. There’s no need to change all your device settings at once.

iOS: Get a Compatible Client Using the Dashboard Instructions

Open the iOS client guide in the dashboard and follow the current instructions to get a compatible client from the App Store. Availability and download requirements depend on what the store currently shows. A VPNGH plan doesn’t include purchases in other apps. After installation, return to the dashboard and choose the matching one-click import option. Confirm that your browser opens the intended app.

For a manual import, look in the client’s subscription or configuration section for options such as “Add subscription” or “Import from link.” Paste the link, save it, and update. The first time you connect, you may need to allow the client to add a VPN configuration; follow the system prompt. Then return to the app, choose a route, and start the connection. If access fails after switching networks, first check that the client is still connected, then see whether the destination service has region requirements.

VPNGH also supports Linux; check the dashboard for the available setup options. You can manage subscriptions for multiple platforms with the same account, but you’ll need to configure the client separately on each device. Importing successfully on one computer won’t automatically enable the connection on your other devices.

Connect to a Route and Test Access

In the client, select the subscription configuration you just imported, then choose a route in your target region. For your first connection, start with the region that matches what you want to do: check which regions the service supports when using AI tools, or which regional catalog you need when watching streaming services. You can refer to the server page for route details, but rely on the client and destination service for the actual connection results.

After starting the connection, check that the client shows it’s running and that there are no permission or configuration errors. Open a regular webpage to confirm your basic connection works. Next, use a trusted IP lookup page to check that your apparent region is as expected. Finally, open the service you actually want to use and try something—load content, start playback, or send a request. A connection toggle being on doesn’t prove that every app is using the connection.

When testing, distinguish network connectivity from account permissions. AI tools and video platforms may make decisions based on your account region, their service policies, and your current exit region. A working network connection doesn’t guarantee the service will allow access. A page loading in your browser also doesn’t mean the command line or an IDE extension uses the same network settings. For these scenarios, read the environment and access checks in the AI Acceleration Guide. There’s no need to change developer tools during your first connection.

If access fails, work backward through the steps: first check that your plan is active and has data remaining, then confirm the subscription updated and the right configuration is selected. Next, check connection permissions and your route selection. You can try another route for the same purpose, changing only one thing at a time to pinpoint whether the issue is with the subscription, the connection, or the destination service. Don’t switch regions repeatedly during login or payment.

If you still can’t identify the issue, submit a support ticket in the user dashboard. Include your device’s operating system, client name, selected region, error message, and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Hide account details and subscription information in screenshots. Once you’ve verified the connection, keep the working configuration. To update routes later, refresh the subscription in the client rather than adding multiple configurations that are hard to tell apart.
